- Shake the mixture, add the hardener in a ratio of 4:1 and mix thoroughly with a paint mixer. If only partial quantities are to be mixed, use LOBA measuring cups or weigh the ingredients. After mixing, allow to cure for 10 minutes and stir again. The product can then be used for one hour.
- The surface must be professionally sanded. The floor must be dry and free of any old coatings, oil, grease, wax, silicone, sanding dust and other impurities.
- The optimal processing conditions are room temperature +15°C to + 25°C, floor temperature +15°C to +22°C, rel. humidity 40% to 75%, material temperature +18°C to + 25°C, max. wood moisture 12%, sufficiently ventilate working rooms.
- In order to prevent parquet damage, the room temperature should be set to the annual average expected for the use of the product.
- To reduce the risk of excessive swelling, we recommend applying a maximum of 2 roll applications per day.
- Transfer material to a LOBA varnish bucket before applying.

Thinner / Mixing
The product is ready for use and must not be reduced!

Drying time
- Can be walked on carefully, sanded and painted after 4 hours at the earliest.
- Light use after 24 hours.
- Full use and covering possible after 5 days.
- The floor can be covered earlier by using LOBA Cover 400, for details see the TI for the product.
- Drying times are valid for +20°C and 50% relative humidity.
Intermediate sanding
Able to recoat without intermediate sanding within the first 24 hours. After this time, an intermediate sanding is necessary. An intermediate sanding before the last application will improve the optical appearence of the surface.Use LOBASAND perforated pad P120 or finer, alternatively Sanding Net P120 or finer.Carefully remove dust before overcoating.
APPLICATION ON PARQUET AND WOOD FLOORS:
- Prepare and prime the substrate properly.
- Allow the primer to dry as directed.
- Roll on the finish.
- Allow to dry.
- Sand lightly.
- Roll on a second coat of finish.
THE USE OF A PRIMER IS RECOMMENDED:
To minimise edge bonding, build-up and to block wood constituents, e.g. in exotic woods.

APPLICATION ON LOBA STYLEFLOOR AND CEMENT-BASED LEVELLING COMPOUNDS:
Preparation:- Apply LOBA StyleFloor and suitable cement-based levelling compounds in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Consult LOBA Application Technology regarding suitable levelling compounds.
- Observe the technical information provided by the levelling compound manufacturer.
Application:- Prepare the substrate professionally and prime with LOBA StyleBase in accordance with the technical information.
- Allow the primer to dry for at least 3 hours and up to a maximum of 24 hours; wait until it is completely dry.
- Roll on 2 coats of finish, optional intermediate sanding with LOBASAND GridPad and LOBASAND hook-and-loop strips underneath.

New floor coverings:
- Check with LOBA Application Technology or the floor covering manufacturer to determine suitability for recoating.
Renovation of slightly soiled coverings:
- Perform intensive cleaning with a single-disc machine, a
- LOBASAND SpecialPad green and LOBA CareRemover 1:4.
- Remove the dirty water with a water vacuum and neutralise with clear water or use a scrubber-dryer.
- Allow the surface to dry sufficiently before applying the coating.
Renovation of heavily soiled coatings:
- Clean by grinding with a single-disc machine, using a
- LOBA ScrubberPad and LOBA CareRemover 1:4.
- Remove the dirty water with a scrubber-dryer.
- Allow the surface to dry sufficiently before applying the coating.
Application:- During preparation, ensure that any existing care product layers are removed without leaving any residue.
- For areas subject to normal wear: roll on 1 coat of finish
- For high-traffic areas: roll on 2 coats of finish.
