- Curing is performed using a mobile UV lamp with an output of approx. 3,000 Watt / ozone-free. For full curing, a radiant intensity of at least 300 mJ/cm2 is required, e.g. with the DecoRad® Floormate, at a speed of 8m/min (display 08.0).
- The paint is sensitive to light. The container must therefore be closed immediately after use.
- Particular safety conditions must be complied with when operating the mobile UV lamp. Work areas must be clearly marked out for everyone to see and / or cordoned off. Danger of eye damage caused by UV light.
- The use of special Visiere goggles is required due to the risk of eye damage.
- Skin must be fully covered with clothing.
- The surface must be professionally sanded. The floor must be dry and free of any old coatings, oil, grease, wax, silicone, sanding dust and other impurities.
- The optimal processing conditions are room temperature +15°C to + 25°C, floor temperature +15°C to +22°C, rel. humidity 40% to 75%, material temperature +18°C to + 25°C, max. wood moisture 12%, sufficiently ventilate working rooms.
- In order to prevent parquet damage, the room temperature should be set to the annual average expected for the use of the product.
- To reduce the risk of excessive swelling, we recommend applying a maximum of 2 roll applications per day.
- Transfer material to a LOBA varnish bucket before applying.
- Shake the contents well.
- Observe general and, if necessary, product-specific occupational health and safety regulations. Further information can be found in the GISCODE-related operating instructions which are available under www.wingis-online.de.
