- Recommended climate conditions are 55°F-80°F/40-75%rH.
- Sand and prepare floors according to NWFA guidelines.
- ALWAYS PREPARE A SAMPLE OR TEST AREA TO DETERMINE COMPATIBILITY, APPEARANCE, AND DESIRED RESULTS.
- Shake material well before use.
- Do not thin. Do not add water.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 55°F (13°C). Make sure material is at room temperature. Always maintain adequate ventilation during all phases of the coating and drying process.
- Apply evenly at the recommended coverage rate. Avoid streaks, puddles, and lap marks.
Drying time
- The drying time of mixed finishes will increase.
- A recoating will be possilbe after 6-8 hours.
- Can be carefully walked on after 6-8 hours.
- Light wear after 24 hours.
- Reaches final hardness after approx. 8 days.
Recommended Procedure for wood floors:
- Add Argo only right before the application by shaking or stirring thoroughly. When using 2-component-systems (2K Duo, 2K Supra A.T.) add Argo only AFTER adding hardener to the mass!
- Perform application according to Technical Information of the finish, regard pro-longed drying times.
- 1K finish mixed with LOBA Argo must be applied within 24 hours, 2K finishes within the indicated application time.
- Longer stability is not guaranteed.
Can be combined with all LOBA water-based finishes and sealers. The application properties of the finish, its product combinability, and the drying time remain unchanged. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet of the corresponding finish.
